এই বই সম্পর্কে
A. Qayyum Khan recalls 1971 from the perspective of a young student who became involved in Bangladesh's Liberation War. Personal and family experiences sit alongside descriptions of the military crackdown and the difficult early organisation of the Mukti Bahini. Accounts of guerrilla training and fighting in Sector 7 connect individual experience with the wider struggle for independence. The memoir also considers Tajuddin Ahmed's role and the treatment of civilian freedom fighters, before turning to the practical and political challenges faced by the new republic.
