এই বই সম্পর্কে
Dreams’ Navel brings literary criticism, anthropology and political inquiry to Akhtaruzzaman Elias’s Khwabnama. Its essays consider how the novel’s landscapes, memories and imaginative worlds complicate accounts of nationalism and the Partition of 1947. Edited by Naveeda Khan and Firdous Azim, the volume explores questions including subaltern agency, gendered domestic life and the sensory textures of rural North Bengal. It offers readers a focused route into Elias’s modernist fiction and its wider critical significance. UPL first published this 254-page English collection in 2026.
